TERMS OF PURCHASE
If you are not satisfied with your new BuildWorks purchase, call us within the “money back guarantee” period for a return authorization form. The “money back guarantee” period begins with the invoice/order date. No refunds will be given after the expiration of the "money back guarantee" period or if you have sent in your BuildWorks registration and waiver of return. Incomplete or unauthorized returns are not be eligible for refund. This money back guarantee is offered to first time purchasers only and does not extend to upgrades or repurchases of BuildWorks.

All returns must be sent prepaid. The product must be in its original purchase condition and must be accompanied by our completed return authorization form. We will issue a refund of the merchandise portion of your purchase, less a 3% restocking fee for handling costs and a charge back for any damaged or missing items. Credits will be issued to the origination charge card within three business days following our receipt of the full product package. We reserve the right to issue a check for any refunds where the original credit card account cannot be credited.

Some of our software is free to download and examine for a trial period. Please test it thoroughly in your organization before registering. Once you register and pay for it, the license is non-refundable.
