Download editions of BuildWorks and our standalone forms are available free of charge for evaluation and will function for a limited period. If you decide to continue using the download after expiration, you must purchase the registration codes and your purchase is final.
The HomeBuilder edition is a physical shipment that is prepaid. If you are not satisfied with your new BuildWorks HomeBuilder purchase, call us within the “money back guarantee” period for a return authorization form. The “money back guarantee” period begins with the invoice/order date. No refunds will be given after the expiration of the "money back guarantee" period or if you have sent in your BuildWorks registration and waiver of return. Incomplete or unauthorized returns are not be eligible for refund. This money back guarantee is offered to first time purchasers only and does not extend to upgrades or repurchases of BuildWorks.
All HomeBuilder edition returns must be sent prepaid. The product must be in its original purchase condition and must be accompanied by our completed return authorization form. We will issue a refund of the merchandise portion of your purchase, less a 3% restocking fee for handling costs and a charge back for any damaged or missing items. Credits will be issued to the origination charge card within three business days following our receipt of the full product package.
