Each full edition of BuildWorks includes a free phone support period that varies with the edition purchased. The stand alone templates include one free call during the Activation period. Free email support is available to all registered users of BuildWorks for basic issues on currently supported versions*. Reasonably priced fee based phone support options are available after the free period ends.

*At this time, support is available for V-5 and V-4.

Priority: 12 months unlimited calls. Priority support customers go to the top of our call-back list. $500 ($250 when purchased at the same time as BuildWorks)
